there are graffiti AND graffiti.Some are only made to destroy, and some are a kind of pieces of art.This one belongs to 2nd category I'd say. but it is a subjective advice.The problem is that grafs are made without the authorisation of the owner of the wall; here, it's a bridge, so OK,but what if it was on my own house?... I would not like it so much...
